For February 2026 I will be working out of two locations in Kailua, O'ahu, Hawai'i. One for family/friends Tue/Thur and one for everyone else (inside Kailua to the Core Pilates and Fitness, 406 Uluniu St) Sun/Wed. Please choose the appropriate location.  The scheduler should show that you are booking in Hawai'i Time zone and you may get a reminder in Pacific Time zone initially, but that will change after the reminder goes out.  Sorry in advance for the time zone hiccup.  If there is any issue you can always call or text at 206-801-0251 with your requested appointment time and I will schedule it.  Mahalo for understanding!

Over the past 25 years she has focused on deep tissue and rehabilitative massage and bodywork, working alongside physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists and athletic trainers.  She was the unofficial (under Dr. Bruce Fisher D.C., official Chiropractor) massage therapist for Florida Atlantic University.  Her clients have included collegiate athletes, international and USA Olympic swimmers and divers as well as retired NBA players.  From deep tissue, medical/treatment and sports massage to relaxation and energy healing, Jes is willing to meet you where you are at in your injury or healing process and help you get back to doing the activities you love.  

Current insurances accepted are PREMERA, AETNA, FIRST CHOICE and select KAISER PPO plans.  Please note that Jes will no longer be accepting Regence as in-network.  FOR REGENCE insurance card holders, PLEASE contact member services before you book and make sure that you have out of network benefits.
